Responsibilities

Supervise on-site painting teams
Inspect work quality and safety standards
Manage schedules and resources
Communicate with clients on progress
Handle material requests and logistics
Provide training to new staff
Prepare project reports
Ensure deadlines and quality compliance

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Construction or similar
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of paint types and finishes
Familiarity with safety protocols
Ability to read blueprints
Problem-solving attitude
Fluent in English
